TeamLRF is a group of amateur endurance athletes dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the Lymphatic Research Foundation (LRF). Our members participate in running, cycling, triathlon, multisport and other endurance events throughout the country. We are also an official charity of the ING NYC MARATHON and will be running in the event in November.
